Vietnam is an important neighbor of China. With the "Belt and Road" initiative, the economic cooperation between the two countries has been developing continuously. In the era of Vietnam's rapid development, YF BUCKET has been deeply involved in the Vietnamese market and has cooperated with some excavator parts dealers and excavator regional dealers in Vietnam. It is widely used in Vietnam's infrastructure, mining and other fields.
YF BUCKET's important partner: A quarry in Vietnam has many Komatsu PC400-1250 full-series excavators. Through our field investigation on the site, we found various problems encountered by the excavator bucket in actual application and solved them in a targeted manner:
1. The site mainly mines limestone, and the bucket wears more seriously and has a shorter service life. Especially the bottom corners and the edges of the rolling plate. YF BUCKET adopts a double-radius rolling design to reduce the wear caused by dragging on the bottom, making it easier to load and dump materials. In the high-wear parts, we choose NM400-500 steel plates of HB400-500 and HS175-140 bottom corner protection to enhance the strength and rigidity of the bucket.

2. The Komatsu series adapters and bucket teeth are easy to break, and the middle lock pins are easy to deform, making it difficult to replace the bucket teeth. YF BUCKET chooses the side lock CAT series bucket teeth, which are easy to replace, and the adapters and bucket teeth are thicker and more wear-resistant.
3. The original bucket is a straight-edge blade with insufficient penetration. Use a shovel-shaped fan-shaped blade with protruding double teeth in the middle to reduce the resistance of the excavator, which is used to tear and crush limestone and easily guide the material into the bucket.

4. On both sides, YF BUCKET uses 4 side milling cutters for protection, which is more wear-resistant, and is installed with pins, which is easy to disassemble and install.
Through YF bucket on-site inspections and targeted designs, YF BUCKET has received unanimous praise from the lessor and user. At present, this quarry has many Komatsu PC400-1250 excavators, all equipped with YF BUCKET 1.6m³-7.0m³ full series rock buckets.
